We strive to provide a fair and transparent returns policy. However, due to the nature of these replica perfumes, we are unable to offer refunds or returns on opened items.
Unopened Items
We offer a 7-day return policy for unopened items. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return, provided it meets the following conditions:
- The item is in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at hello@annlamore.com. You will then be provided with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that:
- Courier charges for any returned item will be on the buyer’s account.
- Courier and shipping charges on correctly dispatched items will not be refundable.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately 1 at hello@annlamore.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right to the extent permitted by law.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened replica perfumes (due to hygiene reasons)
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the unopened item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
If your return is approved, we will issue a full refund for the product price, excluding any non-refundable shipping fees. The refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Limitation of Liability
Damages arising on the part of the courier or shipping carrier will not be the liability of Ann La More. Our liability for any product defect or non-conformity is limited to the replacement or repair of the product, at our sole discretion. We shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the sale or use of our products.
Governing Law
This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of South Africa.
